"Gwala" driving G01 again last night at around 20:00 in Greenside area, with illegally roof-mounted spotlights switched on. In the process, blinding local traffic and infringing on my privacy on my property with annoying search lights.
Legal Issues at hand:
- transgressing Road Traffic Act
- Violation of Privacy
You are also giving any nearby/possible transgressors advance warning that your vehicle is approaching.
This issue should again be escalated to your Ops Manager / MD.
