This is my second complaint about the bad service and attiude I get from the Clearwater mall shop. My phone has been with them for 3 weeks now and nobody can tell be what is wrong with the phone, but they are not willing to give a new phone, please note that this is a brand new phone.
but what worries me a lot is that the assistant managers are standing there not knowing what to do while the store manager runs out of the shop and does not return to deal with the problem at hand.
I request that you please urgently contact me to cancel my contract.
At Vodacom you are just a number and not valued
I will go to one of the companies then I know what I am dealing with, as I expected a lot more from Vodacom, especially after more than 10years of great service...
Sorry Vodacom, but you are busy loosing a valued client and there will be many more.
