Do ADT value you as a Customer?

I have just received the January newsletter from ADT headed "Dear valued ADT client" and a new year's message from Clive Humphrey, the Managing Director - ADT Central Region. "Valued" implies they care! I did reply to the December Newsletter, complaining about the dysfunctional service recently received using the same email address used this month again, but had no response. We had a break in at the Company premises in on 2nd December 2012, just before our closure on 14th December last year. To this day we are still waiting for the alarm activation report, notwithstanding many requests to furnish same. They ADT are held accountable for their embarrassing lack of appropriate response. The intruders were on the premises for over two hours. The alarm is connected to ADT by a radio and telephone link. I thought this would be enough, but no. There were multiple zone activations and no reaction from the response room. The intruders completely destroyed and rip out the alarm in the factory, and then proceed to the offices and the alarm box itself. The intruders gained access by breaking a window in the front of the building in clear view of the road? Another unhappy client.
