I truly don’t feel like a valued custome

I've been trying to reset my user ID and password but now the problem is that I'm not receiving my OTP, I've called them 3 times already this morning and they promised to call me back after 2 minutes as their lines are not clear and it's been 30 minutes and I'm still waiting. I haven't been able to do my banking online for two years now and they still can't sort me out.

I truly don't feel like a valued customer. I'm really considering moving my account elsewhere.
