Unacceptable service!!! i contacted ADT this morning to ask for a patrol/to send someone to my property as my cleaning lady said there were people at my property the previous day that looked suspicious. i received a call 20 minutes later from the guard advising that my cleaning lady confirmed everything is ok... i dont have a cleaning lady on Fridays. when prompted he advised that the control room sent him an incorrect address. an hour after the actual call i phoned again to ask when they would send someone to my property as the alarm went off during this time. i send a family member home to find my front door open. (no harm done at least) then when checking the alarm memory, it was empty, phoned ADT again to send a technician to come and fix their hardware, i was advised that i will be charged with a call out fee... for what,? its their system which we installed about 5 months ago. on top of that, they cant assist me over a weekend as there is no way that i can be at home during the week as im working in JHB CBD. extremely pathetic!!!
