My family and I went away for a weeks holiday 600kms from home thinking our property would be safely taken care of by Adt. Our alarm went off twice while away, once on 27 December and once on 31 December and twice we got a call from adt to advise the alarm had gone off and they went to the property and all was good. When we returned home on the 31st of December, we noticed that our glass sliding door was completely shattered from top to bottom and was being held together by the tint. After speaking to neighbours it was confirmed that the incident occured on Friday 27th while they were away. I immediately called adt and after being transferred twice as no supervisors were available I was told someone would come out, a guy did come out looked at everything and said that we would be contacted on the 2nd of January with a report of why we were not notified, its now the 6th of January and still no word... hoping I find a better security company as soon as possible to ensure my property is properly taken care of.
