My alarm went off at 5am. I am the first contact person and my phone was off, so fair enough I didn't get a phone call. BUT, no phone call was received by our second, third or fourth contact person. Eventually I HAD TO PHONE ADT to ask for a response office to check the property for any forced entry; 15 minutes later I phoned to ask for feedback and they had not yet sent a response officer to my house. A response officer eventually arrived at our property at 5h45am (45 minutes after our alarm went off)! When he got there he didn't even inspect the property, he rang our door bell and waited for us to open the door and then we had to ASK HIM to inspect the property. Our entire house could of been cleared out in 45 minutes and we could of been dead! After the response officer left I phoned the control room to complain and the woman on the phone gave me attitude and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. What is the point of paying for armed response if I can do a better job myself???
