ADT is UNABLE to sort out the GHOST alarms they allegedly receive from my two premisses during the day/night. I get calls from the control room, reporting alarms at my two premisses while all is well or the systems is not armed.
This is driving me insane as we are sure to be wakened every night. Then they also send the response team out who climb over the garden wall and trip the outside alarm beams.
ADT: Please answer this:
1. How is it possible that you get alarms in the control room if the system is not even armed.
2. How can you tell it is an front door alarm if I do not even have a fixed line connected to ADT, but only a radio neither do I even have a contact fitted on my front door?
3. Why do you not respond to my technical queries when reported?
4. Is it possible that you in fact get these alarms from SOMEONE else, and your control system is MIXED up or DATA base is mixed up?
5. Why do you sent the reaction unit out after we told you NOT to?

Premisses 2: 33 Klaradyn, 433 Klippan Rd, Montana, Pretoria
Work done already: Both radios were already changed and the Klaradyn 33 motherboard also replaced.
