I send through a complaint on hellopeter about what is going on with by billing and I was never contacted for 2 weeks after logging the query. I had a response 5 days ago, I was told that I will receive an email, but have not as yet.
And on the 21st August 2013 @ 1pm, my alarm went off, I got a call from your control room, and I advised them that I was not @ home, they should send a unit out.
It took the response almost 25min to react to the property, pathetic I just tell you, and I called the office twice to find out what was going on, and till now, no one has called and confirmed that everything is ok.
A family member of mine was @ my house way before ADT was.
So now, this is the 1st month that I have the unit, and I don't want ADT to be my choice after these 2 incidents, and the overbilling and not accurate statement.
