Dear Peter

I have a contract with ADT Security to monitor two premises in Plettenberg Bay.

Every month when I am paying my monthly accounts, I have to email or phone ADT for invoices. This has been ongoing since October 2012.

I don't pay accounts, without recieving an invoice therefore my account is in arrears.
When I telephoned their George office to please furnish me with these invoices, the receptionist said she would ask Mr Ian Donaldson to give me a call about the problem I am experiencing. That was a week ago and no response from Mr Donaldson who very effeciently 'sold' me my contract, but hasn't bothered to call me.
I then phoned the Plett office, the receptionist just said "shame, shame, shame, i will get someone to call you" She then also informed me that should i have a break in at one of my premises, i would not have a response team from ADT as my account was in arrears.
I also emailed Hazel Van de Toorn from their Head office in JHB - once in December, again in January, and to no avail, no invoices sent - just an Automatic response from her server to say she was on vacation.
After all these phone calls and emails to Three ADT personnell still no response.
What now?
