I signed a contract with ADT early last year, I then cancelled it within a few days due to the loss of my job.
The contract was cancelled because no service was delivered. Debit orders however where still processed. I notified ADT of this but they just continued taking payments.
To my disgust, I then received a statement indicating arrears. I once again brought it to the attention of ADT. We even spoke to the Regional Manager.
Instead of solving the query, ADT had gone ahead and blacklisted me.
I only found this out because I couldn't secure employment so I checked with the Interviewer. She advised me to of my poor credit rating and therefore cannot place me. I drew a Transunion report and YES ADT has me listed.
- I need to be removed off that list immediately
- You will provide financial compensation for loss of income
-all my monies owing to me including interest be returned to me
On this site it seems you are slow to respond, I however, am demanding an immediate response...
ADT in my opinion is an extremely unprofessional organisation.
If we have no faith in you resolving our queries - how can we trust you with the security of our families?
