Still waiting for adt to contact me

I went onto the adt website about a week ago and completed the online form so that someone can contct you... u until no I havent received any correspondence from adt... my alarm is not working but i dont think they care as long as they debit my account each month...

This is a company that lacks sercie delivery and gives 2 hoots about their customers... they even told me that i cannot cancel my contract..which i beg to differ according to the cpa...

ADT MY ALRAM IS NOT WORKING - CONTACT ME IMMEDIALTY OR REFUND ME FOR THE DAYS THAT IT WASNT WORKING.
