Chubb Security Have a marketing drive in my area they quote me a monthly premium which is substantially less then what I am paying at the moment. The sales agent comes to see me and fills in the paper work. On the paper work I see that there is a 3 months cancelation fee, I am on a month to month contract with my present alarm company so I refuse to agree to the clause and cross it out and sign it, the sales person excepts it. The service team come to replace the alarm radio and have the original document that I had signed; I see the clause 3 month clause had being reinstated. I then phone Chubb and got told that Shane will phone me. Shane phones me and politely informs me that they do not do a month to month contract. So I told Shane to cancel my contract with Chubb and reinstate my previous alarm company which He replied that I would have to reinstate my previous alarm company myself. The service crew replaced the radio and one of the previous alarm company signs and left
