Worst customer service I have ever come across!

I made an online order for two pairs of shoes with Cape Union Mart on the 9th of January 2014, with the promise that delivery will occur with 5 working days. After 7 working days I called to find out what was happening with my order only to find out they did not have the one pair of shoes but would refund me and send the other pair immediately. Delivery was expected 2-3days after that.By the 10th working day post-order I sent an email of complaint and requested I be told where my order was. On day 11 I sent a follow up email. At this stage I had received no correspondence from Cape Union Mart. On day 12 I called again to find now the other pair of shoes was also not available. How can you sell a product that you don't even have? I requested a contact at Head office. I then called Georgia at head office to explain how terrible the service was that I received and to find out what was happening with my order. She told me she would find out and contact me that same day. With still no correspondence I called her again the next day to be told " sorry I forgot, what was the nature of your problem again? " I am still waiting to find out whether I will receive the delivery or get a refund!
