On Monday 15th July 2013 I've completed an application form online from the Truworths website for cellphone insurance which states that it is under written by Hollard, 2 days later and no contact from either Hollard nor Truworths wrt the application form and I decided to phone the 021 460 2300 number to confirm whether they've received the application form or not, was told to phone 086 137 5225 Finright/ Aon for cellphone insurance.
Eventually got through to them and requested to check whats the status of the application of a call centre agent told me to go into a Truwoths branch as online application is not working.
Question Truworths why do you then have a website with an online application requesting banking details etc etc and it is not working? Dare to debit my account and all will break loose.
And remove your stupid cellphone insurance application as it's misleading does Hollard, Finright or Aon underwrites the insurance.
