Can someone please explain to me why I am not getting the correct information regarding my refund? I called in on the 9th of January requesting a refund as I have cancelled my account. The lady that I spoke to told me that the refund will be done, however it takes 7 working days (I dont understand why it takes that long to credit my account). I then called them again last week sometime and the gentleman told me that it takes 7 working days but the money will reflect on my account on the 7th, or 8th or 9th day. Since this gentleman was not sure i sent an email and I was then told that it takes between 7-14 working days. Today is the 7th day and I have not recieved anything. Clearly no one knows how long it takes so they would rather assume. I want my money, can I kindly be refunded what is mine? I dont take 7-14 working days to pay my account, why should you?
