The service of ADT is DISGUSTING/USELESS
We have been having an issue with our alarm for about 3 months now, the technicians have been here 3 times and yet still NOT fixed, you guys advertise how safety is important and a faulty alarm is very dangerous!!! WELL YOU LIE. our alarm keeps giving alarm signal, we have to wait a week for a technician then he comes and does nothing, my manager was called 19 times this weekend and was called all hours during the night, this morning i have spoken to YVONNE who said i need to waIT again TILL A TECHNICIAN IS AVAILABLE, I HAVE THIS TIME TOLD HER if NO one comes today we will be moving to THE BROTHERS IN BLUE, COME on adt you going to the dog... SHOCKING
