On 28/02/2013 my house alarm went off at approx. 16:40 and at about 18:50 i get a call from the control room to ask me if everything i ok.
The guys excuse was that the lines were busy due to bad weather.
I want to know if this is acceptable. If something did happen due you think we would be ok 2 hrs later.
I am really disappointed at this service and i am really considering changing my security company due to this type of bad service.
This is not the first time that something like this is happening and i over looked it but it cannot go on like this esp if it is a security company, the people we rely on to keep us safe.
