On Friday, 20 December 2013 at 8pm a uniformed Blue security officer came to my home with known drug dealers and threatened to assault me. He pointed his firearm at me and my family of which I have 3 children aged 15, 12 and 1 years old. He went on and broke my house windows. From my knowledge this officer was off duty however his actions have tainted the character of Blue Security. I have opened a case at my local SAPS and have no doubt that this officer will account for his behaviour. However it is important that Blue Security is informed of the activities of its officers when it brings the company to disrepute by working with drugdealers and using his position as an armed security ifficer to intimidate and harrass people in my community. My family and I are still traumatised by the incident as we have never encountered behaviour such as this. Blue Security needs to investigate this matter asap before an innocent life is lost.
