I specifically chose the Netstar Cybersleuth Supreme product for the ability to track my vehicle using the Blackberry and Android applications. My devices are the Blackberry Curve 9320 and the Samsung Galaxy Tablet GT-P7500
Neither of these applications have worked since I signed the contract around four months ago. The reviews on the Google Play store and Blackberry World clearly show that almost every single customer has the same problem and that this problem has been going on for months.
I have phoned the Netstar call-centre numerous times. The standard, very polite reply is: "Our technicians are aware of the problem and are working on it. We expect to have it resolved by the end of the week". Each time they remind me that I can still access my tracking through their website. I am aware of that! I chose the Cybersleuth product specifically for the ability to track using my Blackberry and Android devices
Why am I paying for a service that I cannot make full use of?
Why has Netstar not rectified this problem that they have clearly been aware of for months?
Why do they continue to advertise features they know don't work?
When SPECIFICALLY will this problem be rectified?
