BUFFER REPORT

We had a break in at our business premises and we only discovered when we arrived on the 2nd January 2014. It was a great struggle to get them to send someone to do a buffer report even though their technician requested it on the same day. Eventually on Friday the 9th January they sent Franscois to take the buffer which was not audible due to previous power failures at our premises. He said that they have formulas that will assist in improving the report and he said it should be ready by Monday. I gave them till Tuesday and called to follow up and was told they had a bit of struggle but we should have the report by Thursday afternoon and it carried on like that for weeks. Jacques the technicians super visor refuses to take my calls and always gives false promises through the consultants. We received confirmation from Franscois that he had already given the report to Jacques for signature and forwarding last week but we have to date not receive anything, Jacques has gone as far as saying that he has sent us the report which has proven to be another Big Fat on his part. This influences our insurance claim negatively and we are fast running out of time to finalize our claim.
