ADT's FAILURE TO RESPOND

I have been a client of ADT for many years. Last night at approximately 20H00 my son accidentally set of my alarm and nothing I did would switch it off and had to wait until it stopped. I am still waiting for ADT to contact me as this could have been a burglary. I have huge concerns about their failure to respond and think that it is time I switched to a new security company as it seems ADT are happy to take people's monthly payments but after that, they just couldn't care!!!
