On 5 of December ADT re installed an existing alarm system in our new house and my wife's bushiness. after a month we realized that the system is not working as some of the sensors and panic buttons is not working. After numerous calls we had no susses. Last night when trying to arm the alarm it was not able to arm the system. Now we phoned ADT again and their reply they can come fix it on Monday or pay extra R550 for after hours repair. How ridiculous is that that you have to pay more than once to fix their mess up in the first place. There is more than one security company in boksburg and they don't take 20 min to respond or wait 20 min for the call center. Good Buy ADT.
