Following a recent burglary, I had my security upgraded, quoted R4, 500, and the end result was a bill of over R7, 000, and neither the night or day alarm works leaving the property and my family vulnerable. I have contacted ADT twice in the last three weeks to come and fix it and nothing... no contact except to inform me my admin fee is due. This is not an appalling level of service, it is no service whatsoever. This constitutes reckless endangerment of life and property, misrepresentation of services, failure to fulfil a paid-in-full contract and breaches the 2008 Consumer Protection Act.
