2nd occurrence of failure to respond

Dear officer, it is with shattered confindence in your organaisation that i write this letter.
In an earlier 1st incident, i was assurred by the regional manager that a failure to respond to an alarm emergency promptly shall not re-occur. In the 1st incident, no one responded at all (7 months ago). Teh excuse was the change of staff shifts and that the officer with be reprimanded.

It this latest incident, ADT responded 20 mins after i was informed of the incident by the call centre.
I responded to the call, leaving my work place 13km's away, and arrived a full 10 mins before the security officer. The excuse given was that it was no originally his call to take.

My point is simple, ADT should resolve their internal issues wrt call responses. As a client i care only that your organisation is competent in meeting my security needs. If this cannot be assurred, please inform me and i shall use a more reliable alternative.
