Waiting for refund from

We moved into the industrial area in Epping and got ADT to come around and give a quote on armed response. A consultant came out gave us a quotation which we agreed upon, did the paper work and they were supposed to send out a technician to install. This all happened in October 2013. We made payment to ADT for R900.00 but to date no technician, we keep calling them, calling and emailing Martin Spence, the call centre but no response. The best part is, I am being charged for a service that I do not have. They can not even refund my money. Not service. Not service at all.
