I had tried to cancel my ADT contract numerous times, sent many emails and called the call centre after two months of calling and emailing i was called by an agent who advised my contract will be cancelled, however i was still debited. I emailed the consultant to advise of the issue and was advised i will be refunded . ( 25 days later) still no refund.
Reason for cancelling the service: Poor customer service, When the ADT alarm comes on we get called 10/ 15 Minutes later sometimes even longer... ADT calls us until we answer if we do not answer they do not dispatch an armed response member. There is no point in calling a client numerous times that's not what the security service is about.
