BAD BAD BAD ATTITUDE AND SERVICE

We signed a full monitoring and response service contract with SJC Guarding Services on 18 NOV 2009 . Mid DEC 2011 was the last time we had an "armed response" reaction to our house. Since then the service rapidly started declining. During OCT 2012 we again complained at the monitoring centre for bad service, when they informed us that we do not have armed response in our area. Several follow ups - nobody bother to react. In Dec 2012 only, when we made specific arrangements before we went overseas, we were assured that we do have armed response. Since then, went on holiday, came back and found alarm DEAD, power failure since 3 weeks before. No call-out. Result - _ R25 000, 00 loss in property damage. Tried endlessly to get manager - after days spoke to a lady who sympathised and promised action. Nothing happened No technician showed up. After numerous calls again, got hold of the owner Mr Charl du Toit. Rudely informed that we do not have service at all in our area - our contract not valid. Will come back with alternatives. No response - called again on 6 Feb - extemely rude again, put the phone down in my husbands ear. TOOK MY MONEY FOR 3 YEARS, BUT NO SERVICE?!
