I requested an additional installation at my residence. At a quote of R2900-00 I agreed that the date for said install will be 20/08/2013 at 9am. After taking time off work and waiting at home for the technician over 45mins I called the call center and was advised that the technician will be about an hour late. They did not have the decency to call me and apologize for the delay-I had to call them. Already quite agitated and irate I cancelled the installation and debit order that was to go off on the 30/08/2013.
But, the debit order went through and now I am desperately trying to get them to refund me to no avail.
The call center staff are plain useless! emails to adt are never answered-even the head office in Gauteng is unreachable by phone or fax!
The credit contoller, Krishna Govender was supposed to have contacted me, but nothing.
So much for a world class, largest security company in SA-they care nothing about the man in the street-only money.
