I have been trying to speak to someone at Netstar regarding my debit order for over a month, i am so sick and tired of holding on for periods longer than 30 minutes at a time! and not getting through to anyone! i need my debit order details changed, your incompetent staff should have noticed that the debit order didnt go off my credit card, as the details have changed! can someone call me! as i feel like cancelling and moving over to tracker!
