I am trying to speak to someone in the accounts department to resolve a problem. I spent 30 minutes getting shunted around the call centre, got put through to the technical centre once & and was cut off twice. There is no email address (where I can have proof of sending something) on the website, only the fill in form. All I want is a human being to talk to and resolve the problem.
Having read the other ADT complaints (several per week) I am somewhat despondent that this will elicit any response. Come on ADT, this is not good enough. You are going to lose customers.
