For the past week we are not receiving faxes through our Mweb fax-email service. I reported it of Thursday 31 Jan, ref 1074260. The consultant told me he could see several faxes on the server but for some or other reason it is not dispatched to my email. I requested that someone sends me the faxes to an email address while they resolve their problem. Nothing happened. On 1 Feb they sent me an SMS that the problem has been escalated. On 4 Feb nothing had happened yet. I phoned again and the call centre lady said they are working on it. I requested to speak to their technical manager. He listened to me and promised to get back to me in about 10 minutes. It is now 6 hours later and I am still waiting. I know some of those faxes are orders where I will lose the business if I do not respond. How can these big companies blow so much money on advertising to get new clients while caring very little about servicing their long standing loyal clients?
