Chubb initially messed up the implementation of the alarm system in my home. The T-d the service onto my Telkom line. I am now asking that they fix a service that they installed which was wrong. They want to charge me for a call-out. Sorry. It is not my fault. They must fix what they broke. They won't. I now want to terminate my service with them. NO ONE COMES BACK TO ME. My service request number is 000596458. I have resorted to setting off my alarm. And you know what??? The service gets worse and worse along the way! The Operatives are not adequately trained. They don't respond to administrative requests. Talk about big time rotten service! I require, please, someone from Chubb to get back to me. I cannot believe that a whole organisation is this. And they demand money from people for simply rotten service. I have been a client for more than 20 years, and this is the absolute garbage that the company dishes out???
