Since installed 4months ago it had never worked properly. As soon as it is activated it trips. We have complained every day, spoke to mangers, and supervisors. It has been rewired Monday but it's possibly even worse now. I'm am highly disgusted by Chubb and the customer services they have. No one ever calls back. I pay for Service and get nothing in return. It was initially installed in the roof by ss security (a subcontractor) in the roof where it got water damaged. it got water damaged due to it being installed on a incorrect position and Chubb insisted I pay for a new one. When the alarm trips Thier response time is 30-45 mins. This is by far the worst service.
