From December Car track has debited me more than 5 times, I agreed with them that January debit must be done in December on the 20th they did that but they keep sending me sms's that my account is in arrears and debiting me without consulting with me first. I have been trying to call them they make me hold for more than 6 Minutes and i decide to drop since I get no help.
Yesterday they debited me more than they used to and for what I don't know since I have been paying them on time. I want them to explain why they keep debiting me while I thought we have sorted this issue out with their consultant on more than one occasion.
I am with the service I have been getting.
