Stop phoning me and wasting my time!

On Friday 10 January 2014 I received a call from the Chase call centre. After the first few seconds, realizing it is just another marketing spam call I ended the call. For the rest of the day, the same number phoned me at least every 40 minutes. I rejected each call. After each call on my cell phone you phoned my office land line as well.
Firstly - where did you obtain my contact details?
Secondly - do you realize how annoying it was having my phone ring the whole day?
On Monday 13 January the call centre phoned AGAIN. This time I asked the lady to remove me from your contact list. She stated that she could not do that, where after I requested the company's number. I contacted head office to request my number to be removed. The lady stated that it must be done through DMA SA. She also stated that you got my number from them. Upon contacting the DMA SA they said that they don't provide contact details, to companies such as yourself, and that the lady had about getting my details from DMA SA.
So what is it then? Is Chase lying about their ways of obtaining contact details??
Either way... PLEASE STOP PHONING ME!!!
