Failure to respond and refund monies owed to me

I responded to an advert on ECR and had an alarm system installed in November. The alarm was installed and I purchased additional extras panic buttons and beams. The contractor arrived to install the beams and additional contacts for the door and discovered that it was secondhand, used equipment. I was not happy about that and sent the equipment back and notified the salesman, Nazeer that i wanted to cancel the additional items. I requested a refund and was told that it would be effected. I made numerous calls but to no avail. The technical manager called me in the week before Christmas that the monies would be transferred into my account however no monies were transferred. Till today there has been no transfer and it appears that the Salesman cannot get this to happen either, no one seems to be listening to him either. Clearly the after sales service is non-existent with this organisation. I am highly irate and have spent enough money in call charges to this company. Please assist me in escalating the matter to the MD as it is evident that Adt has values that they do not live by.
