ADT Now show when Panic button activated

On the same day last week, my alarm activated 2twice on the same day and ADT took on both occasions more than 1 hour to attend to the call. 2 days ago we activated the panic button and ADT did not call or come to my property, up until today no call or follow up. been with ADT for almost 8years, pay on time monthly but when asking the patrol cars why they take so long they say they under staff and have to look after 2 areas with 2 vans (2 persons) I don't tell ADT on a monthly basis I am short of cash I pay on time, never missed a payment. Many people have been telling me that ADT service has gone down over the years and now I am experiencing it but very disappointed as I pay and rely on a service that I am not receiving.
HOW CAN YOU TELL A PAYING CUSTOMER WE ARE TOO BUSY TO ATTEND TO YOUR EMERGENCY CALL, ALL CUSTOMERS SHOULD GET THE SAME SERVICE AND WHAT ABOUT THE SLA AGREEMENT WITHIN A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME.
VERY DISSAPOINTED, Can anyone suggest more reliable security alarm companies in Cape Town?
