3 Hours to respond on panic alarm

Thursday, we acidently pressed the panic button at 17:30, nobody called us and nobody pitched to check if everything is ok. At 20:20, I've received a call, but were busy on my phone, ad 20:30, the armed response was at my house, asking if everything is ok.

ADT then phoned me again and I've asked them what happened, the panic alarm went off at 17:30 already? I was then told that there was a delay on the telkom lines, and that all the vehicles were busy attending to alarms due to the easter weekend

Spoke to Donald then, he said that he will arrange that they will patrol my house during this time, they are still doing it, but I'm not sure until when do they want to do it. Left a message on Tuesday for Donald to phone me regarding the cause of the problem, nothing yet. still waiting

tested my alarm Tuesday again, ADT took 5 minutes before they've called me, then they've said all the outgoing lines were busy

this is not supposed to be my problem

they might be in time to help to put our bodies in body bags... who knows
