On Sunday 29 December 2013 my husband and I was armed robed in our house in Valhalla Centurion at approx 11 am. Our alarm was deactivated because it was morning and I was doing general cleaning. After this incident i decided to test my alarm on the 6 January 2014. I pressed the panic button to see how fast Adt would react GUSS WHAT I AM STILL WAITING!!! I phoned Adt to lay a complaint and asked to speak to a manager the person assured me someone would phone me back GUESS WHAT I AM STILL WAITING!!! I have been a customer for 20 years and a paying customer never late!!! I AM PAYING FOR A SERVICE I AM NOT RECEIVING!!! I AM DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES WHAT IF THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY!!!
