"Receiving a phone call from Chubb at 11H00 notifying my husband and myself that there was an alarm at our house, and us asking them to send a guard as we were not at home. We returned home straight away, only to see the house was broken in to. Not seeing the Chubb security guard we waited for him to arrive to and secure the house.
AN HOUR AND A HALF AFTER CHUBB PHONED US, THE ARMED RESPONSE GUARD ARRIVED WITH NO HASTE OR RUSH. AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER!!! "
Is this what we as consumers pay for every month, for some guard to walk into our yard as if he was disturbed from a holiday.
I told them to put the claim in with their insurance company and then claim it all back from CHUBB.
