No response to our emergency pannic button

This morning at 8:15am my sister in-law who at the time was home alone with two small kids pushed the panic button on our alarm as there was an intruder in our back yard it is now 11:54am and as yet no security has bothered to respond to our alarm this is now the second time that we have had an emergency and been left in the dark by Chubb this is not what i would call an "emergency response" service more like a "slow and pathetic" service, even the emergency contact numbers they gave us does no longer exist, i shudder to think what might happen the day someone does manage to gain access to our house and we push the panic button we will all be murdered and our house emptied out before Chubb has the urge to come and see if something is wrong, they are ever so happy to take the consumers hard earned money but neglect to deliver on the service we pay them for, they us more than the criminals they promise to protect us against.
