After discovering that my monthly premiums were hicked without informing me, I called Mix Telematics on the 23 Dec and spoke to Sika who promised to reverse the increase, refund the difference and get back to me within 3 working days with the following ref no: 1501110.
I then followed up on the 5th Jan as I NEVER received any feedback from Sika . Sheron answered the call and informed me that Sika was on lunch and that she will give her the message to call me back.
To this date I am still waiting for Sika's call and the increase to be reversed! I also need to mentioned that this is not the first time that I have experienced bad service from this company. The staff always promise to call back which they never do.
I also installed a Beam-e in July and it was only activated in December after I struggled with the company.
