After discovering that my monthly premiums were hicked without informing me, I called Mix Telematics on the 23 Dec and spoke to Sika who promised to reverse the increase, refund the difference and get back to me within 3 working days with the following ref no: 1501110.
I then followed up on the 5th Jan as I NEVER received any feedback from Sika. Sheron answered the call and informed me that Sika was on lunch and that she will give her the message to call me back.
To this date I am still waiting for Sika's call and the increase to be reversed! I also need to mentioned that this is not the first time that I have experienced bad service from this company. The staff always promise to call back which they never do.
I also installed a Beam-e in July and it was only activated in December after I struggled with the company.
