Where to start...
On the 12th of July 2013 I had my first Beam-e unit installed, when I contacted the service centre (8 Aug 2013) to check if the unit was in working condition I was informed that the unit was not!!! (3 weeks old).
Mix telematics then organised for me to have a replacement unit installed on the 9th of Aug 2013 - this was completed at the Tiger Wheel and Tyre, Strubensvalley. One would be forgiven for expecting the new unit to actually work... OR THEN NOT!!! This morning (3 days after installing the new unit) I get a call to tell me that the new unit is not responding - lost signal on 9 Aug 2013 (same day of instillation). ONE HAS TO WONDER IF THIS IS BECOMING A TREND OR DOWN TO FATE?? Now I personally checked the unit on the day and it was working.
I like the wording on their brochure "confidence check" What confidence... I have lost all confidence!!!
Having the 3rd unit installed today... Wonder how long this one will last.
P.S I love how one of the consultants said this morning "maybe its a bad batch", if this is the case then I would be very worried!!!
