I am having serious problems trying to cancel a contract for a tracker on a vehicle that I sold a year ago. I called Mix Telematics call center to cancel this contract, they requested that I send a letter of cancellation which I did the same day.
A few months later I noticed that the monthly premiums for the Matrix tracker were still coming of my account. I called in to rectify this issue and was told that they have record of my call for cancellation of the contract but do not have the letter on file. So basically the contract continued without a call from them to sort this out!
I have called numerous occasions to sort this out however the call center agents do not seem to give a, they all seem to be ignorant and not willing to assist in rectifying this issue. I have asked to speak to their head of department on every call made to them to be told that they, he or she is not available on each occasion. I have requested a call back from there HOD dating back for months now and am still waiting! what a pathetic company!!! Never do business with them, they your hard earned money for doing NOTHING!!!
Next step the Ombudsman!!! do not support Mix Telematics!!! Pathetic!
