I bought a vehicle in January and got the Matrix tracking device with. I was very happy with Matrix until I moved over to another insurance and they gave me a tracking device that was compulsory. I had to cancel my contract with Matrix, which I did and also received my cancellation letter. But there is a refund and no one comes back to me regarding the refund.
I spoke to so many people, emailed and phone. If I get through to someone the always refers to me to the next person. I was never unhappy with Matrix, its just due to my new insurance that I need to cancel this device. Its just a waste of money to pay for 2 devices
I just want to get this sorted out. Its so unprofessional that no one returns my calls/emails.
