On Monday the 23rd of December, 2013 at about 13:00 a CMS vehicle parked in front of the Brentwood Pick n Pay entrance. He was parked in a parking bay reserved exclusively for disabled customers. A shopper leaving the front voiced her disgust at the utter disregard that the driver and its occupant had displayed for illegally parking. I was disgusted by this action and have second thoughts about ever asking CMS to protect my property if they have the same flagrant disregard for rules as this driver had. The passenger of the vehicle just smiled smugly and offered no apology or explanation. He did not even bother to move the vehicle. I personally know of many disabled customers who face this incredibly ignorant faction of society on a daily basis. I have photos of the vehicle and its registration for CMS to look at. I, personally, am disgusted by the driver's attitude in parking there and will probably not be asking CMS to quote on a security services for my house.
