I have a big problem with mix telematics, I bought my car in July from a dealership, the dealership said it will arrange with mix telematics to fit a tracking device on my car and I agreed to that. When I went to fetch my car on the 13th July I received a sms that an agent will contact me regarding fitment but two weeks later there was still no sign of mix telematics so i got another supplier to fit the tracking device on my car. Late in August I received a call from a telematics agent if I have a tracking device on my car and I said no because I know there isn't, he also did not know if there is a device. I called the call center to check if I have an account with them and there was nothing on their system. 01st October, R249 was debited from my account and when I called to ask why they said an account was created on the 26th September. Why fit the device in July and only create an account in September, I have asked for the unit to be removed but now I must pay 3400 for cancellation of contract. I am not going to pay for a mistake that is not mine. Clearly someone didn't do his/her job properly.
