Trying to change banking detail

Im still trying to change my banking details, Sat there was an amount that went off from the account that I told you guys not to use, the transaction was returned unpaid! Why should I now carry the cost of this? I left messages on FB, spoke to lance. Just went through my e mails and definately have not received any e mails from Lance.

What am I suppose to do now? Im keeping to my side of the agreement and trying to update details so that you guys can debit my account.

Very dissapointed!
