Refusing to change banking details

I want to change my banking details from my bank to my sister's banking details because of an agreement we have. I called Multichoice on the 16th of January 2014 to notify them of this and I was asked for her banking details and I requested to have her call them and give Multichoice her banking details. I called again today on the 17th of January 2014 and I was put through to a lady that dismissed my request and said I should visit one of the Dstv branches. I tried to explain to her that there should be an easier way to do it and instead she was not willing to even listen and answer my question. She said I need to go to the police station and get an affidavit that states that my sister authorises Multichoice to debit her account. I do not have the time to run around for all this, why should it be so hard just to change banking details. I suggested cancelling my account and have her create a new account with my device and decoder because that seems like more work for them and less work for me, and Palisa said maybe that's a better idea, her attitude is disguisting. Can somebody please help with just one simple request and change my banking details. Help me, somebody, please!!!
